90-Day Extended Return Policy for your Holiday Purchases.
Orders are carefully inspected for quality & proper packaging before shipment. If for any reason you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened items within 90 days for a full refund or replacement. Since The OZ Bazaar & Collecting Kingdom deals with popular culture collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we may not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
If you have eligible products to return, you must notify The OZ Bazaar/Collecting Kingdom to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns cannot be processed without a valid RMA Number.
Products must be returned in their entirety in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in salable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either original or a copy).
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless merchandise are damaged when you receive them. If items are received damaged we must be notified within 10 days of the date of shipment.
